RMK uses State of the art Seaward and Megger Electronic Portable Appliance Testers.
Other Electronic Equipment is used to measure Microwave Leakage levels and to check 13amp Socket integrity.
To protect IT equipment none of our test equipment is FLASH enabled. |
We use Laptop Computers running our specially designed software to directly enter data at point of test. This ensures accuracy of data and rapid report preparation. |
RMK Multi-Stage Test Procedures:
1. Visual Check.
2. Earth Continuity Test.
3. Insulation Test.
4. Run Test. |
A Printed report is produced showing Location, Item Number, Item Description, Pass or Fail. |
We can provide copies of the Excel data files extracted from our software on request.
Native Excel files can be used with many other applications.
Numbered highly durable Polyester labels are fixed to all items clearly indicating Pass or Fail.
Failed Items are red labeled, taken out of service immediately and signed over to your designated contact. |
| RMK routinely carries out incidental repairs e.g. wrong fuses and damaged plugs at no extra charge. Associated re-testing
is not charged.
